are closed for 2 weeks.

you already in regular training (2-3 times per week) for the last
6-8 weeks, then it may serve you well to take a break over the holidays.
Fitness level do not drop significantly in the first two weeks of
inactive specific training. In fact, depending how hard you have
been training, the rest period may allow your body to regenerate
and revitalise to a higher a psychophysiological state.
it is advisable to do something physically active but not related
to martial arts like walking, cycling or anything fun. This alleviate
exercise withdrawal symptoms.
the break is over, it is important to start your martial art training
at a LOW intensity for the first week. Otherwise, excess stresses
will have a significant effect on adaptation.
